In addition, LuxeWall® 50mm is available as a boundary wall system option achieving a 60 minute fire rating for residential applications requiring an FRL 60/60/60 even for large roof loads, perfect for zero lot line houses or knock-down-rebuilds and renovations located on the property boundary line, even with no access to the exterior side of the building. LuxeWall® 50mm is also suitable for multi-residential and commercial applications that require a 90 minute fire rating of FRL 90/90/90.
